A hard to find cultivar with large, white frosted and veined leaves which start out bronze. Hybrid with origins in Brazil.

Cross between Aphelandra squarrosa and Aphelandra ‘Snow White’.
Easy care.
Lets you know when it is thirsty by wilting and bounces back to shape when watered.

Growth pattern: Bushy, herbaceous shrub.

Water: Little and often. Keep moist but not waterlogged.

Ideal Position: North or east facing

Light: Medium to bright, indirect light.

Humidity disclaimer: This plant will grow well outside of a terrarium or cabinet. However, all tropical plants thrive with higher humidity levels. To achieve this we suggest grouping plants together, or putting them in a bathroom or kitchen which gets regular use.
