A must-have for the cutting garden, the chalice-like white flowers add elegance to cut floral arrangements and bouquets. These summertime bloomers can be grown in the garden or containers. A staple in wedding bouquets and florist’s arrangements, this elegant white beauty boasts blooms that are extra-large and sure to turn heads. Planted in large groupings, Giant White Calla Lilies cool down your summertime spread with an icy hue and chic flower form. Position a caf table and chairs near a calla garden and invite guests to take tea amid the charming blooms. Decorative containers also make splendid sites to display the tall chalice-shaped flowers. Easy to grow and maintain, but gardeners in zones 3-7 should lift calla lily bulbs in fall for replanting the following spring.
