Take the elegant English garden form and combine it with a tropical island color palette and the result is the’Nectarine’ primrose. All through the spring season this prolific cultivar produces thrilling fully double blooms which range in colors from golden mango to spicy rose. Despite their petite size, the flowers are simply dazzling and create quite the spectacle bursting from containers and windowboxes. All of floral magic comes wrapped in flattering evergreen foliage that is resistant to common pests like deer and rabbits. ‘Nectarine’ is easy to grow, but for best results remember to give it plenty of consistent moisture and dappled shade.
