Sambucus ‘Florence’ is a unique variety known for its exceptionally flavoured creamy pink flowers. According to a master flavour expert, the floral aroma carries hints of light citrus, vanilla, and elderflower, with a pleasant aftertaste that evokes lime and apple.

Flowering from May to June, this ornamental elder grows to around 2 metres, offering both culinary value and garden beauty. A standout choice for those seeking something both fragrant and edible in the border.
