Silverbeet Bright Lights is a striking silverbeet variety. You can harvest as baby leaves or at full size, eat young leaves in salads, steam or stirfry when mature. A rich source of vitamins, minerals and fibre makes it a great choice for healthy eating. Suitable for pots or the vegetable patch.

Sow a few seeds every 40cm in rows 12mm deep and 30cm apart. Thin out to one plant every 40cm and keep well watered. First harvest will be ready 8-12 weeks from sowing. Leave 4 or 5 centre stalks for quick regrowth. Seedlings emerge 10-14 days. Sow in early spring to late autumn.
